This weekend I will be making my own house made Artisan Lavosh, Grissini & other assorted crackers.To create my own signature Cheese Grazing Platter.
Complimented with Locally outsourced sour dough, Fresh Seasonal Fruit and a Selection of King Island Cheeses.Pictures and progress will be posted over the weekend.
If all goes to plan and taste good this is what will Set me apart from the competition.
