'El Chiva' Mexican Seafood offers a new concept with a wide variety of dishes combining Sinaloa and Everything stems from family tradition and unity.

El Chiva and his family in Guadalajara used to travel to the beaches in summer and indulge with delicious seafood like ceviche and aguachiles. Nowadays, we want to share and continue this family tradition with everyone in Sydney bringing the heat of Mexico and the freshness of the ocean.

Con el corazón lleno y el alma agradecida, me despido de este país que me dio tanto. Mariscos El Chiva fue un sueño con sabor a México que creció gracias al apoyo de tantos mexicanos, latinos… ¡y también australianos que se atrevieron a probar un estilo diferente de comida mexicana y lo disfrutaron como si fuera suyo!

Estos últimos eventos fueron la mejor manera de cerrar este capítulo: rodeado de sonrisas, mariscos y mucho cariño.

Gracias por dejarme compartir un pedacito de mi tierra con ustedes.
¡Esto no es un adiós, es un hasta pronto! 🌊🦐🔥

With a full heart and a grateful soul, I say goodbye to this country that gave me so much. Mariscos El Chiva was a dream with a flavor of Mexico that grew thanks to the support of so many Mexicans, Latinos... and also Australians who dared to try a different style of Mexican food and enjoyed it as if it were theirs!

These latest events were the best way to close this chapter: surrounded by smiles, seafood and a lot of affection.

Thank you for letting me share a little piece of my land with you.

Let’s us introduce you Gutierrez preciado . He is a proudly Mexican guy coming from Aguascalientes. He loves to spend time skating near to the beach with some friends. from .sydney What day is it? What time is it? Who am I? Who cares. I've got a cupboard full of crispy tostadas and a fridge full of prawn aguachile (a gorgeous Mexican raw prawn dalad) from . So honored they've used our Remedy in their last creation. What a perfect excuse to lose all sense of space and time and shove fresh seafood and crispy corn into our faces. So we're not going to get to Mexico any time soon but one can dream right? Who misses ceviche by the beach? El Chiva seafood is a ceviche delivery service that serves up authentic Mexican ceviches and aguachiles! It's run by a young Mexican couple Alejandra and Rodrigo who emigrated from Guadalajara to Sydney three years ago and it is ridiculously delicious 🦐 🇲🇽
In the past 2 years they've built up a real following of not just Mexican born customers but also Australian ones. And seriously, this divine and colourful food will brighten up any lockdown day.
