Shakshuka, one of the simplest and most interesting dishes in traditional Israeli cuisine.
The origin of the shakshuka is unknown, but it is known that it came from the East - Morocco, Libya, Tunisia and entered the regular menu of the country's residents over the years, and has even become one of the most delicious and sought-after dishes.
The shakshuka consists mainly of three simple ingredients tomatoes, garlic and eggs and is served with fresh bread.
This dish has gained a lot of momentum in Israel over the years and there are various types of shakshuka throughout the country, working restaurants that serve a traditional version of the shakshuka, and luxury restaurants that serve gourmet versions of the favorite food. 🌶😋🍎🍳
