Our Story
Trolley'd is Australia's first mobile bar and events company embracing the qualities of sustainability, foraged native Australian and local organic produce, all served from re-purposed airline equipment, and airline trolleys up-cycled into mobile bars.
Our cocktails and mocktails use foraged native ingredients and are designed around what is locally and seasonally accessible. Tapping into what is available through the natural cycles of nature, we use the freshest produce and make our bespoke mixers; tinctures, syrups & cordials in-house from local organic, native & foraged ingredients. Our garnishes are lovingly grown in our garden, and foraged from the wondrous world of nature that is available to all of us.
Fresh from the runway in Alice Springs, our deconstructed Shorts 330 Aeroplane party is a regular feature on the Australian festival circuit. We produce unique creative to meet the needs of clients in the corporate sector looking for brand activations and team building experiences. Our cocktail classes are well known for their native spin, focussing not only on the creation of the drink, but also on foraging and re-empowering patrons with the knowledge of where their ingredients came from. Our Trolley’d crew are of the highest calibre of hospitality and service standards, ambassadors of the brand and styled with a variety of different first class cabin crew looks depending on the event theming.
