We manned a Yum Cha Stall at the Cerebral Palsy Alliance at Cypress Lakes Hunter Valley. Only had time for pre photos as once we were open the demand was huge. Our dumplings were sold out in an hour! Lots of fun and the other stall holders were good to meet.

We catered a 30th birthday in Paddington and the fabulous watermelon cake was served after the Yum Cha. Too wet to use the beautiful courtyard, but everyone happy anyway.

For once a perfect sunny day for a 10 year old's birthday. Lots of xao long bau ready for the steamer.
Pia had the best gas top I have ever seen - everything sits flush to the surface and rises up when cooking. Such a great idea, and so easy to clean.
