Did you know it takes 24 hours just to make 1 loaf of sourdough?
Mixing, proving, resting, folding, more resting, shaping, more proving and then baking😧
And that’s not including taking care of your starter!
Pretty happy with this loaf but it’s still not perfect... so here I go again 🤲🏼 .

WHATS ON THIS WEEK?!

- HOMEMADE LAKSA CHICKEN, VEGETABLE $20 - PRAWN $25
600ml container/1 large portion or 2 small portions
Laksa is one of my favourite asian dishes and my homemade stock adds delicious flavour and ensures no preservatives or additives. Comes with all the trimmings to simply add on top for a fresh and healthy crunch. (GF, DF, VEGAN 🌱)
Add fresh chilli for $2 🌶

- BBQ SLOW COOKED BRISKET AND ROSEMARY BABY POTATOES $25
1 litre container - serves 2
Absolutely melt in your mouth beef brisket in a honey tomato and BBQ sauce with crispy yet fluffy on the inside potatoes with fresh rosemary from my garden ☺️
Add crunchy slaw for only $3 (A must have in my opinion!!)

- TRADITIONAL TIRAMISU $15

I have travelled around italy for months at a time and try a tiramisu in every city as they are just so delicious. I now know how to make it just like the Italian Nona's and I can guarantee you will never buy one from a supermarket ever again!
