Last Saturday, Secret Foodies at @pontdiningroom led guests into a world of mystery with our Dîner en Noir black-tie event. We kicked things off with a @crosersparkling spritz. The main attraction? Braised Wagyu beef cheek with wine-poached tamarillo and beef fat hash, paired with a bold @hardyswines Cabernet Sauvignon. And for the grand finale—a decadent Black Velvet Sponge with blackberry crémeux and @st_hallett Black Sparkling Shiraz. The night held a final surprise with an @originalbumbu cocktail.

Last Wednesday, Secret Foodies @monopole_sydney whisked everyone away with our From Paris to Provence soirée. We started off with a cheeky @monkey47 gin martini with Duck Liver Parfait with Rosé Bandol Jelly. The pièce de résistance? Classic Duck à l'Orange with Purée de Pomme de Terre and Salade de Witlof—paired with @petalumawines Riesling and @rolfbinderwines GSM. Huge thanks to everyone who joined. Bisous, bisous 💋

Secret Foodies latest event at Alegre Bar and Dining 🍸 authentic Mexican cuisine in the heart of Sydney. We had flowing wines from Grant Burge & a raspberry marg on arrival made with Tequila Altos 🩷 the star of the show was the lamb barbacoa made with Verduno Australia lamb. YUM!
