Unmasking Leadership Training: A Call for Authenticity! - A healthy dose of skepticism is always beneficial in our industry. An eye-opening article reveals the truth: not all leadership programs are cut from the same cloth. With low entry barriers, many self-proclaimed facilitators borrow ideas, often undercutting seasoned professionals. The most significant investment in any engagement isn’t just monetary, it’s the time and value people gain from it. In an era where ‘training’ and ‘courses’ are often available cheap, online and self-paced, we must ask ourselves: "What is the true value of face-to-face workshops?" "How should they be designed and delivered to truly add value?" I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.”
