Another magical wedding in the books! 💒👰💍

We had the absolute pleasure of providing a complete lighting, sound, and truss package for our amazing friends Fabby and Alex’s special day at Portugal Madeira Club in Marrickville.

It was such a fantastic day — the sun was out, wood oven pizzas were flowing, the speeches were hilarious, there was even a meat raffle, and the music and sound created the perfect atmosphere.

Equipment provided:

Truss arch and mirror balls created a perfect backdrop for speeches without stealing the spotlight

White Void Air Motions blended into the wedding style while delivering clear sound, paired with Void Double 18 Stasys Xair subs for a solid punch

Subtle battery lighting added mood without being distracting, plus party lighting for the dancefloor

🎸 Cadman Cruises is Sydney's most versatile music venue 🤘

Hip-hop and RnB DJs on the rooftop deck, death metal bands on the middle floor and in this case vice versa!

They bring together different promoters, brands, and genres that cater to every music scene and community.

We sold them this beast of a MM Acoustics M4.10 system and QSC KW series for their other floors last year, and they've been absolutely crushing it across every genre and application since. Revolver Upstairs, affectionately known as "Revs," has been a cornerstone of Melbourne nightlife since 1997. Located on Chapel Street in Prahran, it’s known for its eclectic music, vintage decor, and staying open nearly non-stop from Friday through to Monday morning.

BBR3 — BUZZ Bonding Retreat 2025

Once a year we step back from the chaos and build something just for us.

What started as a retreat has turned into our own little private festival—months of planning, everyone pitching in, and the whole crew making it happen.

Before we get into it big thanks to Mat, Shane, Paul and Matty B for holding it down while we got off-grid.

It was a chance to actually hang out, hear everyone’s music taste outside of work and creativity, and see a different side of each other.

From back-to-back sets and jam sessions to Buzz trivia and late-night chats, goPro behind the scenes madness it was all us—no clients, no call times.

Shoutout to Erin and Lynn for the space and the setup crew for scoping and bumping in early. The cold weather feeds by Om Nomz hit the spot. The bump in crew that went in a week earlier to scope the spot and then a day before to set everything up. Also Jess and Mark for the hookup and for the

🚨RED ALERT FOR ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER🚨

Dylan from Dyss.events had enough of DJs redlining at shows—so he jumped on rc1.com.au and placed an order.

We happened to be nearby, so we hand-delivered it.

Red Alert has been installed in venues including The Island, Rikota Studios, Revolver Nightclub and used overseas at institutions like Printworks, Fabric, Berghain, Boom Festival, Fusion Festival, and Contact Tokyo.

DYSS events are seriously creative—building full stage sets and managing entire productions.

🎧 THROWBACK: VOID ACOUSTICS AT THE OPERA 🎧
Back in 2019, we became the first production crew to install a Void Acoustics system at the Sydney Opera House—a huge milestone for us and the Daybreaker crew.

This one was special:
✅ Meditating at sunrise
✅ Healthy snacks + smooth sounds
✅ Dancing with harbour views
✅ Full AV setup by us—sound, lights, backline, mic systems

From the Sydney Aquarium to the Tower Eye, and then this icon. We were there overnight setting up, back in the early morning for packdown, and soaking in every minute.
