Summer Noodle Salad
- 1 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- 1 pack noodle
- Few pieces prawns
- 1 tomatoes
- 1tbsp dried shrimp
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1/2tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1 lime or lemon
- 2 pieces garlic
- A bit of fresh chilli and dried chilli
- Mix herbs (mix mints)
- Fried onion and dried rose for garnish
In a boiling water cooked noodle for 2 minutes and set aside, now cooked prawn for 2-3 minutes and set aside as well.
In large bowl, shredded carrot and cucumber, added noodles, prawn, tomato, dried shrimp, sugar, salt, fish sauce, garlic, chilli, squeezed lime and mix well before adding herb. Lastly, garnish with fried onion and dried rose.

Rice Paper Snack
- 10 sheets rice paper
- 1tbsp dried shrimp
- 1/2tsp dried chilli
- 1/2tsp chilli powder
- 1tbsp chilli oil
- 1tbsp garlic oil
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1/2tsp soy sauce
Cut rice paper into small pieces. In a pan on very low heat tossed the rice paper until slightly turned brown. Turned off the heat set a side. Dried shrimp finely grounded.
In a bowl, put rice paper, all the above ingredients and mix until well combined.
