We had the amazing opportunity to visit Martin's Ridges Farm, a stunning sustainable pig farm on the South Coast! 🐷

We got to experience their meat processing firsthand—curing, mincing, dicing, and crafting delicious pâtés & terrines.

As the French saying goes "Tout est bon dans le cochon"...Every part of these incredible animals is put to good use, and the result?

Pure goodness!

"🌱👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Our Day at the Truffle Farm: Cultivating Knowledge and Tasting Adventures! 👩‍🌾🍽️

We believe that teaching our children about the origins of food is an essential part of their education. Today, we had an incredible experience at a local truffle farm, and we couldn't wait to share it with all of you!

🌿🌱🌾 We spent the day surrounded by the beauty of nature, where the kids discovered the secrets of truffle cultivation firsthand. From digging up truffles to learning about the delicate ecosystem that supports their growth, it was an eye-opening experience for all of us.

🤝🍽️ As a family-owned catering business, we understand the importance of building relationships with local farmers. Meeting the dedicated farmers who pour their hearts into growing these exquisite treasures was truly inspiring. We had insightful conversations about sustainable farming practices and the love they put into each harvest.
