Innovative ideas, sleek design, and powerful healthcare solutions all came together at the Oracle Health Collaboration Forum 2024 in Melbourne.

L&T Events designed and produced a styled main stage which hosted dynamic keynote sessions, as well as 13 partner booths where delegates experienced cutting edge technology first hand in the Solutions Gallery. Guests then wrapped up a huge 3 days with rooftop views, canapés, and networking to see out the conference.

Ready Set Go 🏁 The Oscar Piastri Homecoming Party with Airwallex and McLaren Racing.

🔥 We turned up the heat in March for the Australian Grand Prix, welcoming McLaren’s Oscar back to home turf. As part of an integrated campaign celebrating the partnership between Airwallex and McLaren Racing, our team produced an awesome kick off, getting guests revved up for the big day.

A Q&A with the man himself, followed by a fan meet & greet, Airwallex ‘Pit Shop’ swag station, walk-in photobooth ft. Oscars uniform, personalised leather key chains, live mural painting, DJ and a chance for guests to get competitive with slot car racing and a reaction tester to see how they shaped up against each other. 🙌

This year is shaping up to be big 💥 (can you believe it’s already April?!). We kicked off in February producing, designing and executing , for the second year running, at the incredible .

🚀 It was an action-packed day where delegates discovered 3 insightful streams, including a keynote from Dr Richard Harris OAM, and checked out the expo floor with 15 exhibitor stands to visit.

🏕️Guests explored Camp Spark, shared some words of wisdom under the Spark Tree, took a selfie in front of the live green wall and sipped on coconuts as samba dancers and drummers launched them into the Spark Paradiso after party. 🌴🍹

One night, three cities. We teamed up with our friends at Humanforce to plan, manage and execute their company wide staff celebrations across Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane on one awesome night.

The brief? "Elevate".
The outcome? 3 sky-high rooftop parties with city views, DJ's, Bongo drummers, Sax player and Magicians.

In the midst of winter, we can't help dreaming about this event we designed and produced, styled around the 4 elements of the earth at The Timberyard in Melbourne. The element of fire was showcased through beautiful styling details, lighting, fire pits, live flame food stations and of course, a fire breather performance.

Looking back at this unforgettable night in the Crypts of St James Church.

Champagne Sabrage, Oysters and an exquisite bespoke French menu. Guests were treated to a surprise private performance by the incredibly talented Choir of St James, with a very special set-list, performed in French, echoing through the walls of the Church.

Who remembers that time we brought the incredible team from Attica to the beautiful Main Ridge Estate in the Morning Peninsula?

These 32 guests were helicoptered from Melbourne’s CBD to the Mornington Peninsula, where they began the day with a tour of the vineyard and a tasting of each varietal before they were met by Ben Shewry, where a surprise long table lunch in the middle of the vineyard awaited.

Australia’s best Chef and his team created a bespoke 5 course menu for our guests, expertly matched with wines from the region.

Amongst 100 unique artifacts of the Australian Museum, a long table dinner awaited 150 VIP guests. ⁠

Each guest was provided with a black light torch and encouraged to discover the invisible fun-facts written on the table top, about other guests they were seated with, as an ice-breaker activity.⁠

One from the vault (but as memorable as ever), we took 200 guests on a progressive dinner through an old Sydney warehouse for a corporate client.

What awaited them in room two was an alternate reality; where not everything was as it seemed...

What a day with Smokeball Australia as the L&T Events team produced the launch of the inaugural conference in Sydney.

After months in the making, attendees from the legal industry enjoyed a day of tailored event experiences, choosing their ‘own adventure’ from a dual content stream dedicated to helping them level up their legal firm.

On stage, a lineup of fantastic speakers included two-time world para-surfing champion and inspiration behind the movie Penguin Bloom, Sam Bloom, along with one of AFR’s 100 most influential women, Holly Ransom.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the exhibition floor (which included 9 expo booths), attendees had the opportunity to recharge at CampSpark. Think cosy woodlands, delicious popcorn, and sharing stories around the Smokeball ‘campfire’ This cool activation zone, paired with phone charge stations and live DJ was a great way for attendees to pass the time in between sessions.

To end the conference, guests made their way up to the rooftop for a garden terrace soirée with flaming cocktails and canapés — no better way to wrap up Spark!

The team had a blast working with our clients at Smokeball and look forward to creating a bigger and brighter Spark conference in 2024.

Amongst the beauty of one of Sydney's best event spaces (we think so anyway), all the details came together to create a magical evening of dining under the stars for Macquarie Telecom and their clients.
