So I got an enquiry through on Saturday morning while on a long weekend away with family and friends asking if I could cater for a minimum of 60 guests for a Memorial gathering today (Monday) at 11am 49 hours notice 😳 and I’m away on holidays just over two hours away 😂 well yes I agreed to do it.
