The Tamworth Jockey Club recently completed an upgrade of the course proper running rail to the industry leading Mawsafe PVC rail.
Co-funded by Racing NSW, Racing NSW Country and the Tamworth Jockey Club, the roll-out of new PVC running rail enhances safety for both horses and riders while improving our facilities.
Well done to Paul & his team for the removal of the old rail and the installation of the new rail.

You’ve been to chickmas, and friendmas, you don’t want to miss RACEMAS this Monday 23rd December. Gates open at 12pm with 7 big races. Visits from Santa and hopefully the grinch doesn’t make an appearance. $10 entry (members and u18 are free) bars and bistro will be available.
