Cody and I are over the moon, to finally be taking on the role as directors at Ivory lane.

We're especially excited about crafting unforgettable moments for future brides and grooms, making each celebration truly custom and personal.

A special shoutout to Jamee and Gav, the fantastic duo who paved the way for us. We're beyond blessed to be taking over such an amazing business from two extraordinary individuals. The seamless transfer is a testament to their dedication and hard work, for which we're forever grateful. We look forward to working closely with such beautiful souls. Your knowledge and experience are invaluable, and we can't wait to absorb as much as we can in the coming months.

To our wonderful community, we've been eagerly reading all your email inquiries and replying as fast as we can. For those we had the pleasure of meeting at the recent wedding expo, expect to hear from us in the coming days!

The moments I’ll miss the most !! The speeches 🥹

I think about these moments & when it’s my turn as a parent - because I am definitely getting old 🤣 I had a few tears during Tom’s Dad’s speech, the love he shared for his son & choosing the most amazing woman, but also the man he had become and how darn proud he was of him. Questioning the choice of becoming a bronco rider but truly understanding when he seen how amazing he was and witnessing how his son gives everything to anything he does - including knowing that he will be a incredible husband to Maddie.

Life is truly about these moments and living in those moments. My advice to any bride & groom in the future is this : celebrating each other, valuing the time you spend with your loved ones - this is a time to express so much LOVE ❤️

BEHIND THE SCENES:

There amount of effort that goes into making your day special is enormous behind the scenes - it is both physically & mentally demanding at times. It can take weeks to prepare, days to move furniture & at times weeks of cleaning after a event - aka candle wax 😂

This is we’re the value is (so you don’t have to worry) and while it might seem like a lot of money - there is a lot of time that is dedicated to any one single event - and because we do it all the time it can look easy from the outside.

It also cost us a-lot of money to invest in this business - like hundreds of thousands of dollars. Considering all of the above I still think we are fairly priced for the time we invest into your event - and just think if it is a fully styled wedding you don’t have pack down hungover 😵

Just the thought for the day - we hope the new year is treating you well xx

We hope you had an amazing Christmas and New Year 🥳

Normally we slow down as we approach Christmas but this year we were honoured to work right up till Christmas.

Since we have been quiet & taken some time to rest, recoup and spend time with out most important thing - our family ❤️

We are now open for late 2024 bookings and starting to book 2025. We are super excited for the year ahead !!

We are thrilled to introduce the new owners of Ivory Lane Event Styling & Hire Cody Walker Cody Walker Music & the beautiful from the 1st of Feb 2024 !!

In a matter of weeks of listing our amazing business for sale we were overwhelmed with enquiries and had so much interest in our little business. I want to thank everyone interested in our business - we were overwhelmed by the volume of interest, love & support.

After much consideration and some heart to heart conversation backwards & forwards - we 100% knew we had picked the most amazing people to carry on the business well into the future & help us finish our last wedding season.

Cody is a extremely talented musician, with deep roots in the Tamworth Music Scene - being excepted into the CCMA academy
for 2024 & winning a scholarship supported by tamworthregionalcouncil !!

Zoe has a passion for interior design and completed her certification in this field, while working in disability support work. She is looking forward to using her amazing skills to create beautiful weddings for future clients.

I am so grateful to have meet Cody and Zoe. Ivory lane will be in amazing hands going forward & we are excited to announce we have opened up for bookings beyond 2024. I will support Cody & Zoe over the next 12months transitioning the business and working on weddings already booked. I will be on board for any weddings booked by myself during 2024, so rest assured nothing is drastically changing. I am excited to teach these guys everything I know and I am also looking forward to slowly stepping back after November 2024.
