We are a small batch cake studio specialising in bespoke, showstopping cakes and delicious desserts, to ensure your celebration will be one to remember.

We use only the finest ingredients, as locally sourced as possible. We believe in baking from scratch and take enormous pride in our products not only tasting fantastic, but looking fantastic too! LOVED making this beautiful cake for a very special someone's significant birthday recently! 🤍

Four layers of a classic vanilla bean cake with our signature lemon curd and covered in vanilla bean Italian meringue buttercream, tinted in her favourite colour, a soft mint green. 🌱 Topped with a flower crown of stunning roses and chryssies in white and ivory. I could have played with this one all day! So graceful and stylish, much like the birthday girl herself! 💗

Beautiful blues and creamy whites for a very special birthday last week. I loved making this cake for your mum SK, and I hope she had a fabulous 80th birthday! 🎉

Four layers of vanilla bean cake with housemade blackberry compote and milk chocolate ganache. Covered in vanilla bean Italian meringue buttercream and the loveliest roses with a hint of delicate violet salvia. It reminds me of a cameo brooch, don't you think?

Goodness it's been a while between cakes! Hello! 👋 If you've been wondering if I'm still baking, the answer is most definitely! 🎂 I bought in September last year and while it's been the best experience discovering the cafe business, I am still very much loving the cakes! 😍 So I'm just popping in to say that I'm still here and happy to talk all things wedding and celebration cake if you are too! 🥳

The best way to find me is via email: [email protected] or to pop into Ruby's Cafe and Gift Store 494 Peel St Tamworth. I can't always respond to DM's, so to save disappointment emails are my preferred correspondence. I also need at least 2 weeks notice for celebration cakes and longer for weddings. And yes, I'm still playing with flowers so if you're newly engaged, I would love to hear from you!🥂

In the meantime, here's my darling Clementine's recent birthday cake sitting very pretty on a cake stand 🥳 She requested two layers of signature chocolate cake with mint ice-cream in the middle (her fave), all covered in pink Italian meringue buttercream and crowned with confetti sprinkles and roses of course (my fave)! This little sugar rush was not for the faint-hearted let me tell you! 🙃

Our website is in development and will be live very soon, but in the meantime we are offering a choice of two gorgeous bouquet designs available from today Thursday 3rd until Saturday 5th June. 💗 For my family, this Sunday will be our first without our beautiful mum and dearly missed Nanny to our children. It was her birthday two weeks ago and being a ginger lover, this ginger fluff sponge used to be one of her favourite birthday cakes. 💗
