Last class for 2023… the girls from , mastered the pasta making brilliantly… these were accompanied by 2 fresh & a simple tomato 🍅 sugo. A watermelon, feta & mint salad made a refreshing side .

Pulled up the last of the potatoes… peeled, washed & cooked (airfryer) seasoned with southern style spices.

The self seeded tomatoes from the garden are now coming to a close… old leaves trimmed off & waiting for the last ones to ripen in this warm weather. Nothing better than a freshly picked warm tomato to added straight away into a salad 🥗

I came across these biscuits in book while searching for recipe that I have made a few times & such part of my life. Apart from the raisins, I had all the ingredients ( subbed currants instead)- and I must say these turned out delicious 😋 & moorish… who would have thought fine polenta could be used this way.
