Last month, we were proud to be the event producer for the inaugural Asian Eats ATX charity fundraiser. Helmed by the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce Foundation, this 2-part event featured hundreds of foodies, friends, and leaders from the Central Texas business community gathering at Asian restaurants across Austin to Feast for a Cause. Participating restaurants put up chef’s tables for auction for 6-10 guests at each restaurant.

Once done with their amazing dinner selections, they then joined us for an after party featuring a pop-up nightclub experience at Assembly Hall downtown to Party with a Purpose! Asian Eats After Dark included performances by aerialist Swoona Faye, beats by DJ STEADY B., pics by Wonderjoy Photo Booth, and a lounge by Coca-Cola. And of course, we had to end the night with midnight karaoke!

The after party featured a signature boba cocktail crafted in partnership with Sharetea Austin and , and featured snacks and desserts by Bake Your Feels, Happy Lemon at the Linc, Ng Cafe, Renee’s Beignets, Rollie Rolls, and Sherpa Snacks.

It was such an amazing event celebrating Asian cuisine and culture, and proceeds from the event went towards supporting the GAACC foundation and the 2024 charity of choice: Austin Asian Community Health Initiative - AACHI. We can’t wait to do it again next year!

We had such a blast working with last month and serving as their day-of event coordination team for BraveFest! BRAVE Fest 2024 was a celebration of art, music, diversity, community, and connection - highlighting local creatives from marginalized populations. This family-friendly event featured a lineup of talented local artists, children’s book authors, and a vibrant pop-up market with small business owners and non-profit organizations.

The half-day event took place at in downtown Austin and guests were treated to an incredible music lineup from , , , and . Attendees also got a chance to learn some Bollywood moves thanks to !

This program was supported in part by the City of Austin Economic Development Department, and recurring BRAVE members and donors.

Last month we had the honor of being the event producer for Cart.com’s inaugural executive conference - CartCon. Held on the stunning grounds of Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley in beautiful Deer Valley, Utah, this VIP invite-only conference featured skateboarding legend Tony Hawk as the keynote speaker and comprised of C-suite executives in the e-commerce space coming together to network and discuss industry trends.

The event featured a welcome reception, main sessions including a live podcast recording, several panels, and an incredible spread of food and drink. We are so proud to have been part of this event, and look forward to even more exciting things to come!

Weddings often have so many details it can feel like everything goes by in a blur. That’s why having a photobooth service to help capture moments can be such a great addition, especially when you have a bunch of cuddly animals onsite! Absolutely captivated by these gorgeous photos from a luxury wedding we had the honor of planning! Over the course of 8 months, we worked with Stacey and Brandon to carefully curate the wedding of their dreams.

Held on the beautiful grounds of Ma Maison in Dripping Springs, the couple said I do in front of 115 of their closest family and friends at the end of May. Featuring custom florals and a 9-piece live band, this wedding also won the award for most animals with 2 alpacas, 2 miniature donkeys, and the couple’s own 2 dogs!

As avid ballroom dancers, they also got to show off their dance moves and an outfit change for their first dance, and ended the night with the groom surprising the bride with a horse drawn carriage for their getaway.

Thank you Stacey and Brandon for trusting us with your special day and allowing us to handle all the details. Wishing you both an amazing life together!

Here’s a quick recap of the Austin AAPI Summit earlier this month.

As an AAPI owned business, we love being able to give back to our community. Proud to be this year’s event production partner for the 2nd annual Austin AAPI Professional Summit. Held on May 3rd at the Asian American Resource Center - City of Austin, the summit was a joint effort of a coalition of many Asian Employee Resource Groups from various tech companies such as Indeed, Dell, Oracle, and more.

With over 550 registered, and 100+ volunteers, the community came together for a half-day of panels, as well as to connect and network with each other and a wide variety of AAPI nonprofits. The night ended with an after party at Inn Cahoots downtown with more food, drinks, live music, and a Bollywood dance session.

Special shoutout to the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce for their partnership on this event, as well as Northshore Media Productions for providing A/V services. Also a huge thank you to Tso Chinese Takeout & Delivery and Coke Zero for being food and beverage sponsors, along with tasty catering provided by Din Ho Chinese BBQ, Truboba Cafe, Tarka Restaurant and Masala Wok.

We are so proud to be part of such a strong and supportive AAPI community here in Austin, and look forward to accomplishing more things together in years to come!

We had such a blast working with the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce and Smobler to host the Asia X Austin International Markets Summit and Nova Networking Party during SXSW!

Held at the downtown Austin Public Library, the day-long event featured guest speakers from various countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, as well as remarks from Austin mayor Kirk Watson, Brandt Rydell - Mayor of the City of Taylor, Texas, and Hutto mayor pro tem Peter B. Gordon.

The evening culminated in a networking party featuring light bites from The Cultured Chefs and custom Asian-inspired cocktails from Jerri’s Lounge to celebrate the launch of Smobler’s Cobbleland Austin, and the .Austin web3 domains with Unstoppable Domains.

We are so thankful for all the partners, sponsors, and volunteers that helped pull this event together, and look forward to doing even greater things in 2025!
