I wanted to inform everyone that we are trying to get back to everyone as fast as we can , unfortunately there was a medical emergency , and we are loaded with missed calls and messages.
We will get back to everyone but I would suggest you send a text message with specific details , questions, dates you need to make it easier for us to reply to you...
We don't want to answer calls and messages and double book so it's easier if you text us so we don't lose track of dates
If you have any upcoming events and you haven't heard from us ,don't worry we normally confirm everything a week before or so , so that upcoming events run smooth and they will be our priority...unless it needs extensive preparation you will get notified sooner..
We thank you for your continued support you are all amazing thank you for being patient with us...

One of my friends shared this on her page and thought I'd share it here because it is so true, coming in this industry everyone thinks your competition is your enemy and somehow you do have to compete but each of them have their own unique twist, most of the time your competition can be more of a support because you can count on each other to balance out your business , thankfully I have met many people who own a venue ,do balloon work or do party planning who have supported me ,thaught me and helped me survive in this kind of business so you are not alone reach out to someone but also give out a hand to those who need it... be a community in whatever you do because you can't do it alone...
