We have lost some powerful women these last few months but non that’s been as strong and and loving as Barb Hampton !! I was Blessed to have this family behind me my whole career and her door was always open to anyone . She was one of the most get it done women I’ll ever be Blessed to know . Always had me someone set up to owner finance my next home or brain storm like she did for so many . That home buying experience as easy and special . Cody sign here , here , here and here and get back on the road . I’ll handle the rest . God u were so special to so many !! RIP sweet Barb until we meet up again . I know u are dancing pain free today and what a welcome party u got to be apart of !! 😪💔🙏

Maybe this is why I was so dialed in to become Great !! What it takes to become this person and the sacrifices it takes and took runs in my blood . Teach me to be the next Cody Ohl please !! I CANT ! That was a gift from God and he wrote my story way different than 99 percent but it was HIS plan for me and my life and I paid Him back by giving all I had to never quit, be distracted, be ashamed and I gave every ounce of my guts to become who I became with a lot of inner drive that I dealt with daily but never shared !! I had a hell of a team growing up and I always wondered if they ever stopped and said to them selves what the hell is this . Who is this person that is self drivin . Who is this kid that works every event on the day sheet and becomes great at them all . How does he , how did he ??? I just took Gods special gifts He gave me and furnished me with and the people He put in my life to never fail and never failed ! Did I come up short ? Yes . Did I get to put the stamp on my career I would have if my knee held up ?? No I didn’t and that’s why I am so passionate about coaching and hard on average a$$ coaching . U got one shot to leave your stamp !! One Shot ! Give this world the Best you so when it’s over your tomorrows are easier till the end !! I want to thank all the Veterans out there and my dad for all the sacrifices they made for this country we get to call home !!! Day late but it’s not just a one day sacrifice or celebration. It’s there everyday that they chose for us to have better in so many ways !!! Have a Blessed Day 🏆🙏

More backyard training and explaining today for FREE !! Honestly makes me sick to my stomach the things and ways they think they are gonna teach while I’m still alive !!! Why your way Cody ??? There is only one stage and that’s the stage in Vegas . I don’t give two s**ts who your hero is and who u think is best . When I pull my boots on every morning from the very first NFR ever till the last calf ran in Vegas to date there is still nobody any better at the game there and being in full control doing it . Creating a laser and being in full control of it and not just throwing a lucky one shot bomb at em . Always having my horse under me to set up the greatest way to be sub 7 seconds . These loops will win first in the breakaway and Tiedown today and will when I’m gone . I’ll have more backyard footage for u all today !!! Stay tuned 🏆🙏 Blessed

I don’t know how to make them fancy videos and go to the convenience store and get some people to say I’m great at this or that and come to me cause I know what I’m doing and I been there done that . I just have a mother that left here today and just sent this . First off!! I am raw and to the point and zero bu****it but don’t mistake me for someone that doesn’t appreciate these kind of messages . They mean more than one might ever think . I give these students every ounce of me. When I tell u something I don’t have to think this might work or might not . I promise u I do know if they do or don’t and not gonna sugar coat it . Gosh I would love to hear some of these answers when they get asked. I would love to do a sit down in Vegas with these coaches and u all ask away but they answer first and then I’ll tell u how the s**t really goes down ! It will blow your mind . 🏆🙏

So what does a horrible first swing create ?? It starts creating horses nose to the outside , his shoulder leaning into us because we are not staying UP and square and bringing our first swing across and over like we are trying to tip the gate guys hat . Instead it creates 70 percent of our loop at the C in Cinch and then Joe B has to say the calf stepped to hard left . NOPE ! Our swing and body and what we created our horse to do shot the calf left . This was a two swing lay up and because he left like this it turned into a three swing disaster . This was set up to be a 6.5 run on paper and this swing landed us on our back because then it created getting off three foot from our horse and twisted and turned. This would have been a 1.6 breakaway shot or a 6.5 Tiedown run leaving there square and bringing rope over our target !!!! Tuesdays Tip !!! The ones that WON FIRST in both events were the complete opposite of this common position and mistake . Another very common question . She ropes great so why does she come to u ?? Her dad’s a great coach so why do they come to u ?? Remember I’m raw and very truthful so don’t take it personal . He or she didn’t do it like me and my way dominated his way so at some point u have to say to yourself what did and does he do different to create that laser that makes all the difference right ?? RIGHT!!! I can’t explain or show u any more clear ! The difference in being 1.6 instead of 2.4 is all I’m showing u daily . Hope u have a Blessed Day 🙏🏆🙏🏆.

This picture Is Priceless to me !! Fred was suppose to come up and be in it but couldn’t make it ! RAW A$$ Talent is what u call that . I swapped Gold buckles with my Hero in Vegas and told him I was gonna win the round in it and DID and we swapped back ! I took a tooth brush to that baby the night I got it and then competed in it .
