These are the results from processing meat, grinding the meat, and creating smoked boudin and sausages from it. 💪🏾👨🏾‍🍳

*The meat products were the customers request and are not for sale*

C holds a food handlers license and has extensive experience in meat processing, and sausage(pan and link) making do to his agricultural/farm to table background.
