Due to the high winds we are experiencing on the today we have had to close the rainforest for the safety of our guests.
We will reopen this space as soon as we feel it is safe to do so 💚

I used Snapchat to take these pics so please excuse the silly filters 🤣

These sooky lalas can be so sweet at times! They both love a belly rub and will lay in our laps to make sure they don’t miss out on anything!

Our animals here really are the light of my days, it doesn’t matter how blue I might be feeling they all love cuddles and brighten the gloom (except Sid, Sid just wants to head butt me 🤦🏼‍♀️)

Our two big girl goats are getting closer to giving birth, I’m starting to feel like they may labour any day now. It will be Juni’s first birth and Mocha’s second since being with us. 💚

With school holidays upon us why not make a day of it at King Country Bayside! With animals to feed, gardens to explore and a playground there is plenty to keep the kids amused whilst you enjoy a coffee and breakfast or lunch 💚

Unfortunately due to the current weather and a number of large pieces of rotten tree coming down we have had to make the decision to close the rainforest walk until we can be sure it has been made safe for public entry.
Although you won’t be able to visit Chester, Percy, Addie or Peppa we still have Stella, Sid, Juni, Mocha and Baby accessible and the chickens running around like they own the place!
