✨ Play Safe, Play Fun! ✨
At Soft Play Townsville, we want to make sure every event is enjoyable, safe, and clean for all of our little adventurers. 🌟 Please take a moment to read our play rules:
1️⃣Adult Supervision Required: A parent or adult must supervise children at all times to ensure safety and fun.
2️⃣Socks Stay On, Shoes Off: To keep our equipment clean and safe, we ask everyone to keep their socks on and shoes off while playing.
3️⃣Under 5’s Play: For the comfort and safety of our younger ones, only children under 5 are advised unless specified in certain packages (please communicate ahead of time).
4️⃣No Food or Drink: To maintain cleanliness and avoid any accidents, we ask that no food or drink is brought into the play area.
5️⃣No Face Paint or Sharp Objects: For safety reasons and to protect our soft play equipment, we do not allow face paint or sharp objects to be used whilst using the equipment.
These rules help us ensure that all of our equipment remains clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone! ✨💚 If you are unsure about anything when hiring with us, please feel free to just ask, we are always here to help.
