Every now and then, a wedding comes along that reminds me exactly why I love what I do.
This gorgeous celebration brought together a creative young couple who first met as teenagers at school — and watching them step into marriage surrounded by the people who helped shape their story was something truly special.
The bride embraced a whimsical fairy theme, sparkling wings and all, with decor at the venue to match. Meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen proudly channeled their inner Vikings, complete with rugged touches and plenty of character. Two worlds, two aesthetics, one perfectly united day.
What made it even more beautiful was how deeply family was woven into every moment. From planning to decorating the venue and ceremony space, everyone pitched in. The bride and groom created the entire look and feel themselves, transforming the space into something that reflected who they are — relaxed, joyful, and wonderfully original.
It was a casual, family‑centred celebration full of laughter, colour, and heartfelt moments. An absolute joy to be part of.
