*Cancellation Policy

Upon making a booking, a $50 deposit is required to secure any booking. If a customer cancels their booking within 1 week of their booking date the $50 deposit is non refundable.

If a customer cancels their booking the day of their booking, they are responsible for paying the remaining outstanding balance in full no later than 24 hours after the cancellation.

During periods of server weather conditions (rain, high winds etc), we reserve the right to cancel your booking. If Gippy Games decide to cancel for any of the above conditions a $50 deposit will be refunded into the customers nominated bank account.
