APPRECIATION POST!

Young people often don't get the credit they deserve & are over-looked and unappreciated in the work environment.
I just wanted to take the time and to shout out quickly to our two junior staff members who joined us only a few weeks ago - thrown totally in the deep end of retail Christmas trade craziness!
They both were able to hit the ground running & fitted right in, getting the job done, wherever needed. It's a credit to them both & they deserve every success in life, which i know they are both destined for. Thanks girls, your efforts are appreciated, I think you both are going places in life!

Its almost December guys.....this is a gentle reminder to be kind to each other & also yourself over these jam packed, 'crazed' weeks to come!
School concerts, family Christmases, work break ups, parades...buying gifts for loved ones, teachers, aunty sue, and that kind neighbour who always brings in your bins....
It's overwhelming and can cause burnout & stress.
Try to slow it down where you can, simplify wherever you can... & always be nice to the people in Retail or the waiter at the table working during this 'rush'.. because
they are tired too. Just breathe, we got this.
