Every graze I construct follows a simple rule of thumb for me that I consider every time ✔️

➡️ Is it practical? - how does it eat? I place each item to be practically eaten as well as paired well with each other
➡️ Is it fresh? - using seasonal and/or locally sourced produce where I can
➡️ Is it affordable? - I’ll tailor any graze to work with your budget
➡️ And of course how does it look!?

MUM 🌹

MORNING ☀️

This decision weighed heavily on me but I’ve come to decide to offer my ‘MUM’ box this year after some hesitation, but I suppose it’s time I tell my story about what this last year of my life has consisted of as I’ve mentioned little about myself.

🔹After my son was born in July last year I suffered extreme post partumn depression, this saw me in acute care after suicidal tendencies and i’ll make a point to mention I’m healing and am evolving to a much better place of self love and discovery since then .

If you’re still reading thanks for coming this far, it’s likely a lengthy post won’t capture a crowd.

▪️So at the end of October, after a few years as her carer, I saw my mums final moments in a lengthy battle come to an end as her illness eventually and inevitably took her, and a part of me left with her that day.

🔸About a month after that I went into emergency surgery where found out I was internally bleeding from a near fatal ectopic miscarriage I didn’t know I was having.

▫️Since then I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, ADD, depression, anxiety and PTSD ontop of recovering from post partumn and this transition in life has taught me alot about myself, who I was and who I am now.

Navigating the grief while being a parent to 3 under 3 while running a business caused me to spiral so I decided to take a step back and bow out while I worked through it.

My health and journey, while still a process, is on the road to recovery more and more each day. Finding what works for me best, balanced meditation and being surrounded my the right support groups has helped immensely.

🩷I value all my clients, appreciate every customer and am so grateful for the continued support I receive from my friends and family..
.and with that I’d love to offer one of my favourite boxes this Mother’s Day in honour of my mum, and to remind myself of the love I have for doing what I do 🙌🏼
