Check out the tasty lil lunch spread from earlier in the week. All seafood, lamb, chicken (free range), and produce is all 100% Australian mostly from local suppliers right here in FNQ. I assure you it was all very well received.
The freshly cooked bugs were the winner for me, as I took the meat out mixed it with a lil lime, avocado and some mayo and presented back in the shells so guests didn't have to get there hands dirty🍽👐
