"Hilda Franklin Catering" is a Family owned interest.
Our business is so-named, in honour of our Great Grandparent's, Hilda Adeliene and Franklin Roy (known as Roy)

Hilda and Roy created and operated a highly successful catering business throughout the 1950's, through to the late 1970's.
They catered to the suburbs of early Melbourne; through Hampton, Sandringham, Beamaris and beyond.

Whilst Roy continued his career in tool- making; Hilda employed her Sister, Mavis, and two other ladies from the David Street area, of Hampton.

A gentle - spoken, very "English Lady".....She was a force to be reckoned with, in the catering industry.

When Roy became ill, and then retired, Hilda was able to sustain their household through her tireless hard work and persistence within the catering industry.

We remember Hilda and Roy as warm, loving and beautiful people.
