Introducing our Melbourne dining experience - hosted in an art gallery at Australian Centre for Contemporary Arts, Palette to Plate will be an artsy celebration of farm to table dining. We have several exciting activities throughout the dinner including a live jazz band, an illustrator for your take home portraits and more.

Your tickets include:

Introducing our next exciting dining experience in November; Spheres Restaurant.

Surrounded by the vibrant energy of Rundle Mall, Spheres Restaurant will create the most beautifully serene and intimate glass-enclosed setting for what promises to be an unmissable pop-up dining experience.

Over three days and five events, we’re bringing together the most exquisite flavours, techniques and wine pairings curated by a wish list of celebrated chefs and sommeliers.

Here’s the rundown:
- 15th, Friday dinner: An unforgettable fusion feast of Japanese BBQ and Spanish tapas with Chef Adam Liston of Shobosho

- 16th, Saturday dinner: An evening of pasta and wine curated by Melbourne’s master of pasta and Anchovy Bandit’s

- 17th, Sunday high tea: An afternoon of indulgent sweet and savoury treats with MasterChef’s star and Adelaide’s W***y Wonka of Greek desserts .antoniou

One of our favourite moments is the one hour canapé session before the sit-down dinner. Guests mingle and meet new people such that by the time you’re sitting down for the main dinner, it feels like you’re catching up with friends.

In two weeks, Chef Kemi, alongside Chef Shorne, will join us to create a memorable and tasty fusion of classic and new Afro-Caribbean dishes.

Kemi, an exceptionally talented Nigerian-Australian chef, has been enchanting the palates of Brisbane’s food enthusiasts with her authentic and captivating cuisine.

When we asked her what we should anticipate on the menu, she said it would be “an extraordinary culinary experience that showcases the rich and vibrant flavours of Afro-Caribbean cuisine.”
