🗺️ EFF2024 Festival Map
We are very happy to now share with you the map for Earth Frequency Festival 2024. There are a few changes from our 2023 edition for anyone who was there last year.

Our stages for this year are The Vertex, The Axiom, The Boombox and Love Camp.We have tightened up the layout for easier access between the stages in the main entertainment area.

Early arrivals has moved to the general camping side which ensures that anyone purchasing early entry general camping passes will be able to arrive and setup and have their friends join them later.

Family Camping is located closer in to the stages and entertainment, and sits right next to our family space, The Crib.

These refinements will ensure an easier weekend for everyone, and there is still time to upgrade your camping experience to family camping, early arrival, or deluxe camping depending how you want to experience the festival!

How we make our lemon & lime ice tea!

Ingredients:

4 cups water
4 tea bags (black tea or green tea)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust according to your taste)
Juice of 2 lemons/Lime
4 small Kumquat
Ice cubes
Lime slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.

2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the tea bags. Let them steep for about five minutes.

3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until it dissolves completely. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

4. Once the tea has cooled, add the lemon & kumquat juice and stir well.

5. Transfer the tea to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled lemon iced tea over the ice.
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves if desired.
Stir well and enjoy!

You can adjust the sweetness and lemon flavor according to your taste preferences. Feel free to experiment with different types of tea, such as adding herbal teas or using flavored teas for variation. Enjoy your refreshing glass of fresh lemon iced tea!

During our break earlier this year, we dedicated some time to grow our very own ingredients for the delicious banh mi that you all love!

We will be incorporating some of our homegrown veggies and herbs into our mouthwatering banh mi and noodle salad bowls creations. 🌿✨

There's something incredibly satisfying about nurturing a seed, watching it grow into a flourishing plant, and then transforming it into an essential part of our signature dish. We believe that this extra touch of love and care will elevate your banh mi experience to a whole new level of freshness and flavour.

Every crispy baguette will be filled with the vibrant crunch of our succulent pickle radish that we personally cultivated. And those aromatic herbs like coriander and mint? You guessed it right—they'll be handpicked from our very own herb patch! Where the fresh mint is used for our rice paper rolls and salad noodle bowls meets the tangy zest of our homegrown limes for our refreshing signature Lemon Ice Tea. Perfect harmony in every sip! 🌿🍋 🍹🍃

We couldn't be more excited to share this unique farm-to-table experience with all of you. Our commitment to quality and sustainability has led us on this amazing journey, and we can't wait for you to taste the difference in every bite.

Hello!

We've missed you all !!

We've been quiet on our socials for a while, and this is because we took a break to rest and recharge, but now we're back and ready to serve up our delicious Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches and other tasty treats! 😋

It's not an ordinary school fete....Multifest is an amazing celebration - a night time carnival of Rides, wonderful multicultural Food and non-stop onstage Entertainment!

There is so much to see and do at Multifest including animal experiences, multicultural food, live on-stage entertainment, fairground rides for all ages, sideshow games, cakes, sweets and much more! We end the night at 8.30pm with our spectacular Fireworks display!
