Went down to to try the new Korean inspired menu and watch the NRL earlier this afternoon.

Food was sensational and great selection of beers on tap, though would be good to see some more local drops flowing through the taps 😳

Always hard to get all members of the Beer Wa**er group together in the same space, but we managed to get 4 of us down to Collaroy Rock pool yesterday afternoon for the annual charity swim.

We went with the more beer friendly time slot of 4pm - 5pm. None of us had ever swam for an hour before so it was definitely a challenge which we all accomplished together for the first time. I was pretty happy to be able to smash a 3km swim during this time and the other gents knocked out their furthest swim distance too.

Afterwords we enjoyed a selection of beers from and a couple of latest limited releases fresh off the place courtesy of Mr

Then it off to JB & Sons Dee Why for a feed and more beers to replace any calories burnt off during the swim.

Rewarded myself with a little whiskey once home and good nights sleep!!

Rallied up the boys for Drink Local Day yesterday.

Most of us started up at Narrabeen for a pre drink feed washed down with a couple of cold ones!

Then onto the Bline to run down to Brookvale for a walking brewery crawl. First stop was were some of the Eastern Suburbs contingent joined the group. Always good selection of beers however some of the more Carlton Draught drinkers in the group struggled a bit of the Mango Hazy IPA 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣

Quick trip around the block to for another feed to soak up some of the previous beers washed down again with a couple of pints. Always a good vibe there and plenty of people enjoying themselves for the afternoon.

Last stop was the recently opened which sits on the outskirts of the Brooky industrial area but only a easy 10 min walk from the thick of the action. Was good to have a little break from the beers and some fresh air before more beers were consumed. Enjoyed their XPA and super hazy pacific ale. Need to get back there again to try the beers when not at the end of the evening though.

Overall great afternoon/evening getting the boys together to support local independent businesses 😎👍🏻🍻

Thanks to everyone who came down to Avalon Golf Course for the Beers Til Infinity & Tothy Brothers Deli Kitchen and Bar Pop Up on Saturday. Awesome to see so many people down there enjoying the sun (and short downpour of rain) food and drinks plus getting involved in the Closest to the Pin Competition. Excited to announce that I’m teaming up with Tothy Bros Deli for a pop up event at Avalon Gold Course on Saturday 11th March 🥳

Tothy Bros will have available a selection of delicious smoked meat sandwiches and other treats from their menu and Beers Til Infinity will be holding down the bar with an awesome line up of craft beer, spirits and wines 🤤😎🍻

There will also be a closest to the ⛳️ competition from the 1st Tee starting at 4pm. I would like to welcome Maestre Brewing Co to the Beers Til Infinity Portfolio.

The man behind Maestre Brewing Co is Miguel Maestre who is the co host of The Living Room on Chanel 10 and author of two Spanish cook books.

Miguel has crafted a Spanish inspired Pale Ale that has light malt body with a zesty hop aroma showcases hints of Seville oranges, mandarin and melon.

The El Loco Toro is well suited to a vast array of foods. It’s light and refreshing and a very sessionable beer clocking in at 4.2% ABV.

Okay so Gus’ Garden is now open for business. My wife and I have set this up to support our son and daughter who have Fragile X Syndrome with our youngest Gus have an intellectual disability. Hopefully one day when Gus gets a bit older he might be able to have this as a viable business that he and his sister can operate. In the meantime we have tree available for sale, Bamboo’s in the Boombox and a esky full of Trust Tree beers, swing by if you’re in Elanora Heights, here until 4pm 🌱 👍🏻🍻😊
