Who suffers from Fluid Retention - A condition in which excess fluid is retained by the body, causing swelling or puffiness of tissues. It usually effects hands, feet and around the eyes. (Also called Odema) Many essential oils have a diuretic effect, among them are: Cypress, Geranium Lemon and Peppermint. Use them in massage and Bath.
I suggest to mix 3 drops geranium, 4 Lemon and 3 peppermint into 20ml massage oil and massage or soak in a bath.
