We have three options available
1. Complete diy. Build and decorate your house
2. Decorate only. The house is assembled and you get to do all the decorating
3. Completed house. The gingerbread house comes built and decorated ready for you to place and enjoy.

Elf arrival balloons. We have two options.
Elf inside a balloon or inside a box. Includes an elf paint your own cookie.
Both options allow you to add some goodies. Size restrictions apply especially for the balloon.
