Welcome to "The Big Birthday Bash" page. The Aussie Inflatables Team has decided to create a free Birthday Event to assist families that are feeling the strain of rising living costs, to be able to celebrate the birthdays of their little ones in a fun and exciting environment alongside family and friends.
With the rising living costs having a substantial effort on local communities all across the country, we are hoping to that we can bring families and communities together and give all parents and kids the chance to celebrate their special days at a fraction of the cost.
We also hope that by only having locals celebrating the birthdays at the one event, this will assist kids and parents in making new connections in their local community.
What we are offering/providing:
- Up to 10 Parties per Event with a maximum 15 kids (participating on the Inflatables) per party
- 3 Hour Event
- Kids age range for Birthday Parties must be between 3yrs – 12yrs old.
- A Jumping Castle & Obstacle Course for the kids
- 1 x Gazebo & 1 x Table per party
- Music
What you need to bring/provide:
- Birthday Cake, Food, Drinks
- Chairs
- If you wish to decorate your Area, you can bring Balloons, streamers etc. (would need to arrive earlier to do this)
PLEASE NOTE THAT CURRENTLY NO EVENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FINDING A DATE AND LOCATION
To Register for an upcoming Event, you need to email our Team at [email protected] and provide the following information:
- Name of person/s Booking
- Address (photo of ID is required as event is designed to be for families that are local to the Event site only
- Date and Age of child’s birthday (Birthday does need to fall in the month of the Event (e.g. Event is 10th April, birthday must fall in April also)
- Number of Participants for your Booking (Kids that will be participating on the Inflatables)
SPONSORSHIP SUPPORT
The Big Birthday Bash Event is a free event for families created by the Aussie Inflatables Team to try and give back and assist the community in these tough times. We do have a BIG VISION & DREAM, to make the Big Birthday Bash something really special that can be celebrated in all communities throughout our local region. Part of our vision for what we hope the Big Birthday Bash Event may look like in the future is:
- Fortnightly Events covering communities throughout the Greater Brisbane Area
- Themed Gazebos/Chairs etc. to make the Parties even more appealing and unique to the individual’s taste.
- Providing Cakes, Food & presents if possible.
- Face Painting, Snow Cones, Animal Farms available free of charge
The above is the “BIG DREAM” it would be amazing to be able to achieve this, but we are not capable of offering all of the above ourselves at the moment! But we do believe that it is possible with the support of others in the community who are in a fortunate enough position to support this dream through volunteering and/or sponsorship. There are so many different roles that locals can play to make this dream a reality and these include:
- Volunteering on the day of Event whether that being the MC at the event, setting up, packing down, assisting in the operation of the activities.
- Mums and dads out there that like marketing, assisting with Marketing the Big Birthday Bash to garner support for sponsorship e.g. Local Supermarkets for Cakes, sponsoring the Face Painting, council, tradies sponsoring Event
- Members of the community that are passionate about helping others and have ideas that they think can make this dream a reality and make it special for the community.
