Surrounded by their nearest and dearest, Sam & Phoebe celebrated a special intimate ceremony in the Amphitheatre, followed by a larger marquee reception onsite.
Their journey together spans nearly ten years, from meeting as housemates in Wagga Wagga to building a life here in the Blue Mountains with their three dogs Bomber, Vader and Milosh by their side and having lots of fun adventuring.
Their wedding day was filled with love, laughter, music and all their favourite people - the perfect start of their next chapter together.

Who can resist a wood-fired pizza! 🍕🔥One of the highlights from Mitch & Eloise’s marquee reception was Mr Tom’s wood-fired pizza. Watching the talented pizza chef twirl and toss the dough is always a crowd-pleaser. Each pizza is stretched and baked fresh on-site, and the aroma fills the air, making it impossible to resist. Mitch and Eloise had the most perfect day, beginning with a romantic and intimate ceremony at the Amphitheatre, surrounded by 25 close loved ones and their beautiful daughter, Adalynn. The celebration continued with a wonderful onsite reception for 120 guests!
This day was particularly special for us as it marked our very first marquee reception onsite, and it went flawlessly. We can’t wait for our next one next month!

September 2024 Open Day
Our Open Day began with a misty morning, offering only little glimpses of Mt Solitary and the back of the Three Sisters. But by 11 am, the clouds parted, revealing our breathtaking, uninterrupted views in all their glory!
For the first time, we showcased our Traditional Deluxe Wedding Package Decorations in the Amphitheatre, and they looked absolutely stunning against the mountain backdrop.
We were delighted to welcome around 35 couples, with many bringing along their children, close family, or friends. We’ve already had several attendees lock in their wedding dates with us – we couldn’t be more excited for their special day!

The waterfalls are certainly flowing here in the mountains! We checked out Bridal Veil Falls in Leura on Saturday after the heavy rains during the week and it was simply spectacular 😍
