And that's a wrap... our Chrismas orders are all done and just about all picked up and out the the door.

Do you know what Santa likes with his milk on Christmas Eve instead of the plain old cookie?
A delicious chocolate filled wallnut shaped cookie instead.
These bite size, chocolate and wallnut, with just a hint of vanilla and rum filled cookies are everything you need to bring back all the memories of a traditional Romanian Christmas.
Made fresh to order at $45/kg. With or without powder sugar on top. But we definitely recommend the powdered sugar on top... it's Christmas only once a year you know 😉

This is what our cozonaci look like.
Sweet, fluffy white dough filled with mouth watering layers of wallnuts and turkish delight or poppyseeds.
These chunky little fattys weigh about 2kg each and go well with a glass of milk or a glass of wine or even your coffee or tea in the morning.
Orders for Christmas are now open.
Last orders for cozonaci taken on the 17th of December for pick up on the 23rd of December.

Mona is our third member of our Jimboomba Collective Gang.
She is a well known face in the Romanian community being here for well over 20 years. She is passionate about her family 👪 and helping the community where ever she can.
She has run her own successful cleaning business specialising in both bond and builder's cleaning for nearly 20 years but she still finds time for her love of cooking .
She is the face behind our cozonaci.

Our second lot of faces behind the Jimboomba Collective Gang is Claudia and Mircea (Mick).
Having lived in Australia for over 30 years we love the fact that they have not forgotten their roots. Their passion and focus is their family and their tiling business that Claudia and Mick run together but as many others have a hobby to find their calm place, Claudia finds her calm place in the kitchen with Mick's help of course 😉
