Meet our MeTreat Sister Laura of Jar of Arts Geraldton 🥰🤪🙆‍♀️🥸🤹‍♀️

Laura is a little rainbow filled star burst of joy + another vital limb of our MeTreat body, being with us since the very beginning. So of course it is with abundant gratitude + adventurous spirits we welcome her back to circle.

Play Therapy is often underrated + underutilised, especially once we hit adulthood. This fun, expressive + joyous means of finding inner calm + confidence, just so happens to be Laura's speciality!

Hello wonderous women, I am honoured to be part of this incredible, nourishing, high vibration event.

I will be offering a safe, nurturing and silly session to invite you to play and connect to yourself and with your fellow Queens.

Playing is my therapy and laughter my medicine. With a Psyc degree and over 15 years experience of working in Mental Health and as a counsellor and Youth and Family Therapist, and 8 years teaching Theatre and Psychology in UK high schools, I am adept at holding space and creating a safe, light-hearted environment that will support you in joyfully connecting with your inner child and doing what she does best - playing.

I look forward to seeing each of you and sharing in this unique and wonderful event.
