The Taste has 90 stalls offering a selection of delicious Tasmanian food and drink.

Mustang Productions attended the amazing Indigenous Mayu-Ma "Tucker" Experience last night at the Novotel Darwin CBD. This culinary experience was the inspiration of Following In Their Footsteps Nicole Brown and Shannon Motlop partnered with Something Wild, Aboriginal Community Harvesters, Seven Seasons, Bundirrik Cultural Services and Novotel Darwin with support from Juiciest Cold Pressed Juices.

The team will be hosting more dinners, and we know tickets will sell out fast.

Tropiculture Australia is back again during Territory BITE 2022 with their popular Farm Tours.

This year will be held in the afternoon of Saturday 1st October and include the popular guided tour through the production nursery and orchid. Additionally, it will host a soil planting talk, food cooking demonstration and tasting. The perfect tour to understand growing produce in the Territory.

One of the entrees for the night was tantalising the stall holders setting up all day !!!

Justin and his team set up and started cooking slow and low early on Friday floating their smokiness all around and it was worth it, the Eva Valley Meats Grilled Chorizo with Chimmi Churri was mouth-watering, were you lucky enough to try it?

Rum Jungle Organics Green Banana and Coconut Poriayl with Kerala style snake bean curry topped with eggplant and chickpea masala thokku.....That's a mouthful but sounds delish.
