THE ITALIAN MARGARITA. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We absolutely love this twist on a classic!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Recipe:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
60ml Tequila Blanco or Reposado ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
45ml Freshly squeezed blood orange or orange juice
30ml Amaretto ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
15ml Fresh lime juice ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sea salt for the rim ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Place all the ingredients in a shaker with 4 ice cubes and shake until cold. Strain into a glass with a salted rim and top up with a couple of ice cubes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Its wine crush Wednesday 😍

Hailing from Italy, we think Vermentino is the ultimate fresh summer white and if you haven’t already tried it, you definitely should!

Refined, yet approachable, Pinot Grigio fans will love its light citrus and mineral personality. This baby here is from Liguria but there’s plenty of Australian wineries making beautiful expressions of this grape. A few of our more local favourites are from Chalmers Wines Australia and Delinquente Wine Co
