"We truly can’t express how grateful we were to have Aimie to help with the planning process and day-of coordination for our wedding. What a powerhouse.

Aimie understood our ideas and vision, contacted and liaised with so many of our vendors, problem-solved through any and all challenges, and by far her greatest strength; clear and efficient communication with us, vendors and our venue; it never felt like anything had fallen through the cracks or was unable to be resolved. After each conversation or discussion, we would report back to our families and friends, "Aimie is our hero". She was available to answer our questions, guide us in the right direction and give advice whenever required.

On our wedding day, we felt like everything went off without a problem. I’m certain this was not the case behind the scenes, but Aimie had the insight and our trust to make small changes to ensure the ceremony and reception flowed, and coordinated with everyone on site to pull so many vendors together seamlessly.

Thank you so much, what you pulled together was everything we had imagined plus more. It felt like a breeze with you doing so much hard work, and never making it feel like it was too much to ask. Thank goodness you responded to my panicked 11pm email, and had a sense of humour when I blew the budget on some expensive menus."

Food, & plenty of it, flowing right throughout the evening. Think canapes, antipasto platters, 3 course menus, cake + late night snacks... Don't be stingy with the food (your guests will thank you the next day!) 2. Accompanying the food is an ample selection of drinks!
