This week we are celebrating AUSTRALIAN SEAFOOD!!!

Kicking off Monday with a prawn stock which will be used as a base for our prawn risotto, and then rolled into our TTK Garlic prawn arancini 🦐🦐🦐

We source our prawns from a Bundaberg trawler. It doesn't get more local than that!

We've been busy in the kitchen creating some NEW breakfast additions to our 1770 Sunday market menu!

Introducing our 'Breaky bowls' all GLUTEN FREE!!!

GODDESS
🌿 Avo, baby beets, cherry toms, radish, sauerkraut, spinach, grilled halloumi, garlic mushrooms, cheesey omelette, hash brown, sweet potato curls, topped with microgreens & Kewpie (optional).

CAVEMAN
🍗 Chipolatas, smokey bacon, cheesey omelette, grilled halloumi, hash brown, tomato relish.

TRADITIONAL
⚜ Your fave TTK breaky wrap in a bowl. Smokey bacon, cheese omelette, hashbrown, spinach, fetta, tomato & onion salsa, sauce.

And for the vegans....

We have been super slack on the social media front this year, but very busy in the kitchen. Several Christmas parties topped off last year's work load and after the 2023 Blues & roots festival, we are straight into the 2023 wedding season... Autumn is upon us!!!

Last week with welcomed newbie KK into the crew with a large 100+pax 3 course wedding @ the stunning 1770 Golf Course. We're back there again this Saturday with another 100+pax wedding 'Canape style', then we will be at the 1770 markets Sunday morning for whoever would like their TTK fix ✌
