I've had a great response to the Bento boxes & I'm very excited to be able to help people get thier nutrition & health back on track 💞 . Everyone is asking for prices. There is an initial cost for your boxes (I make 4 at a time as the food is fresh and shouldn't be eaten after day 4) these can be glass, silicone or plastic & I can get them for you if needed. As each set of boxes are tailored to suit the customer, & location varies, cost for food, prep & delivery will be individually based on each customer. If you are interested in the boxes, please give me a call, once I know what your needs are I'll be able to give you an idea of cost. I hope this helps

ANNOUNCEMENT!! Hi everyone, it has come to my attention that many out there are not eating well (or at all) throughout the day 😔. Weather it be they struggle to go to the shops, are at a loss as to what to eat or just can't be bothered, all of these are contributing factors. I have made these bento boxes for one of my customers, I shopped for the ingredients required (given by her dietitian) & delivered them for her along with 2 bottles of Nudie juice & a beautiful bunch of flowers she ordered. Now, she can just go to the fridge and it's all there for her ready to go 💗. She said how this was so great, not only for her physical health, but also her mental health 💗. I am now offering this service for anyone who is in need. You may know of someone else who is struggling with this. Please let them know, I am here to help 🥰

Offering a weekly 'Meal Preparation Service', as well as a 4 weekly rotational menu of 'Pre Cooked Meals'.
The preparation service comes in 3 different sizes to cater for the single person right through to a family of 4 - 5 people. It has vegetables and meat already cut, packed and delivered to your door every Monday.
All freshly cooked meals chosen from the menu are cooked in a 'Commercial Council Approved and Licensed Kitchen'.
All meat used is free range, hormone, chemical free and grass fed.
Vegetables, salads and fruits are SUPER FRESH and supplied by our local businesses. I don't believe in frozen vegetables in my meals (except peas).
THEY ARE COOKED AND DELIVERED TO YOU NOT FROZEN, lasting up to 3 days in the fridge or you choose to freeze them if you wish. All meals are 650ml, cost $11.50.
Orders are to be in by 7 PM WEDNESDAYS, 'Preparation Service' delivered MONDAYS and Menu orders delivered TUESDAYS.
