What a whirlwind of a weekend.
I got to meet so many beautiful people this weekend and exhibited my cakes.
Still pinching myself that I get to call this my job!
I’m super super proud of myself for hustling and chasing my dreams and want to take a moment to tell you to take a second and reflect on the life you’ve built so far!
It’s really quite special to see what your capable of creating when you try and also that it’s totally ok to brag about yourself and be proud of yourself because you deserve that love and praise from yourself!!

Howdy y’all 🤠
Haven’t reintroduced myself on here in over a year so thought it was only right to jump on and say hi to old friends and to all the new faces!

👩🏼‍🍳 My names Jasmine and I’ve been a chef for over a decade now.
🎂 I’ve got a passion for good cheeses and sweet treats that deliver both in flavour and presentation
🧀 I work full time managing the largest Deli in WA (I’m seriously into cheese and spend almost 10 hours a week cutting, wrapping and displaying cheese so safe to say I know my stuff!)
✨ I love a bit of sassy banter and am an absolute meme fiend 😂
⚡️ I’m a not so closet Harry Potter fiend (the books are better than the movies you can fight me on this)
🐰 I’ve got a pet bunny rabbit called belle who often enjoys the leftover celery leaves and carrot snacks from grazing preparation
3️⃣ I’ve been running this biz for almost 3 years in November and it’s taught me so much about myself and business but more importantly it’s connected me with so many incredible people and I’m genuinely honoured to have been a part of so many peoples special events!

Today I’m grateful for: Biscoff, repeat clients and the background removal tool on Canva so my rushed frenzy to try and get a nice photo for content picture can at least have a plain background and not just my kitchen tiling 😂😂

6” biscoff bad boy with piped border,biscoff drip, biscoff biscuits and the cutest mini cake pop cupcake on top. Apply liberal glitter and a birthday message and she’s done!

Father’s Day brownie boxes are here!!
It’s the perfect treat to spoil dad with and beats getting him another pair of socks or a coffee mug again. (It’s also the perfect time to spoil yourself or someone special in your life who’s looked out for you!) and really this is just a great excuse to try 6 bangin flavours!!
Without further ado, introducing:

✨Salted caramel - gooey caramel swirled through a classic brownie base
🥜 Peanut butter pretzel - crunch peanut butter and salty pretzels to balance a a fudgey brownie
💚Choc mint - choc mint aero, mint slice cookie loaded into a peppermint brownie

I AM FREE TO A GOOD HOME - I’m a vanilla sponge cake with vanilla frosting garnished with dehydrated blood oranges and buttercream flair.

A reminder that all our boxes are customisable by request meaning if you don’t want blue cheese we can take it out, if you want extra olives we can pop them in and if you’ve got any dietaries we sub out for suitable replacements at no extra cost 😊

Can’t believe it’s been a whole week since Mother’s Day shennanigans ran rampant. A huge 48 hours of baking, decorating, styling and delivering to everyone who bought something.

💚BAKLAVA BLONDIE💚 A crowd favourite from last brownie box- layers and layers and layers of flaky filo pastry, chopped pistachios and honey on top of a fresh baked blondie, the perfect mix of crunchy and soft, nutty and buttery and sweet.

HOT CHOCOLATE BROWNIE Fudgy brownie base, house-made vanilla marshmallow dipped in dark chocolate 🍫. Arguably the best brownie I’ve made/eaten even without the bias 😜. Big Thankyou to everyone of you who’s purchased a brownie box off me or a slice when I was working in cafes. I’m beyond grateful! ❤️‍🔥If you missed the last round of brownie boxes with this bad boy my new box has a play on this with butterscotch to warm you up in the cooler weather.

This bloody stunner of a wedding cake for .and.teegan last year.
Bottom tier: Passionfruit, lime and white chocolate mudcake. Top tier: blackberry, dark chocolate and hazelnut (vegan, gluten free)
She’s timeless and elegant and I’m still obsessed with it a year later!

I really wanted to create something special for mum’s this Mother’s Day, something that allows them to have something all for themself and still be able to share with her children. Something pretty to look at but also something she could eat, something floral but that would be enjoyed and not wilt away.
And so the floral bento cake box was born.

Filled with a 4” mini bento cake with hand piped and pallete knife florals and 8 cupcakes in a matching colour scheme garnished with edible florals.
Comes packed in a long tray and will be ribboned for you so all you have to do is hand it over to mum and let her enjoy.
