Such a huge weekend! We catered for Lawrence & Hanson Dubbo at Dubbo Turf Club Derby Day and then at the launch of Buckenbah Collective - Jacinta Haycock Artist and The Aviary Geurie in Geurie. What do we mean by this?

At Terre Rouge, we make food stress free. From the moment we arrive, everything is taken care of.

Personal Update
Well May has certainly been a month for the books! On top of business as usual, we have had a few fires on the home front. Gastro (kids), Pneumonia (me), working away (James) and finally a trip to Sydney for grommet insertion for the littlest!
We have had a lot of help from friends and family to get us over the line and for that we are so grateful!
Apologies if our delays have not been as speedy as usual - please give us a nudge if you haven’t heard back from us!

Like most small business owners, I wear many hats. As well as being a cook and a mum, I am also a Business Banker for the big red star. At Annual review meetings we go over the numbers so what better way to wrap up 2023
- We purchased over 350kg of meat! 🥩 You worked your way through 640 satay kebabs, 40 lamb shoulders and nearly 90kg of sausage rolls!
- At least 800 eggs have been cracked for quiches, cakes and tarts 🥚
- 20 wonderful staff have cooked, served and generally made your events wonderful
- lots of wonderful suppliers provided delicious produce - Dubbo Meat & Seafood Centre, NextGenRegen, Mick And-Pauls Frult AndVeg-Dubbo, Wilson Family Olives, Farmer’s Bakehouse to name a few!

And the biggest number - since June this year we have served over 1300 guests! It has been such an enormous privilege to be a part of the special events in your lives - baptisms, weddings, engagements, birthdays, Christmas parties, celebrations of life as well as corporate events.

We aren’t signing off - tomorrow sees us out at Narromine for the Western Rural Connect ball!

Thank you for all of your support in 2023 - we have some VERY exciting things coming in 2024!
