Not only do you get a complimentary glass of bubbly or beer, we’ve got the bar open from 12pm onwards, so why not sit down, relax and enjoy a Sunday of amazing entertainment too!

Our open day will be setup internally for Wedding purposes, but we have much more to offer than just weddings - whether it be a birthday, Christmas party, private party, engagement - you definitely need to come and check out the Stables!!

Guided tasting and story time with Noodles and Doof!

To celebrate the release of our brand new Potato Vodka, owners Alex & Sam will chat to you about 5 of their favourite creations.

All these products have been inspired by ingredients closely linked to our location here in the Southwest: our brand new Potato Vodka, The Cutting Gin, Bush Citrus Gose, Rhubarb Custard Sour and the Cherry Whisky Imperial Stout.

We will also do a demo of our new cocktail - the Purple Potato Martini!

All theses products have been made in collaboration with some great local individuals and producers

We are excited to share with you what we have been busy with at The Koroit Stables.

The construction of a new structure that will become our toilets is well underway. And we cannot wait to show you the final product soon.

To keep in theme with the rustic appeal The Koroit Stables has, we will be using vintage leadlight windows and doors, lots of stone and timber to complete the look.

Stay tuned for an update of the completed project. Definitely a one of a kind venue in the South West.
