I’m all for the idea that we need discipline to have freedom BUT… To me it means setting up structures and processes in place that work FOR me, rather than CONTROL me and make me feel bound. Let me explain… We are all completely different in our astrological blueprint and human design (love both!), and what works for one person doesn’t always work for another. That makes logical sense right? Logically we also know we have to have the discipline now to reap the rewards later. But what if the discipline is too overbearing that you feel smothered and restrained? 📣 (I discuss this in this weeks podcast episode - link in bio). But what I’ve come to realise through both astrology and human design is that if you can stay true to your unique blueprint, stay in tune with how your body reacts or the sensation you feel within, you’ll be able to accomplish anything with freedom and ease.
