Sunday roast leg of Boer goat, roast savoy cabbage with bacon and chilli, followed by roast spuds and Rosemary. Pudding baked bramely apples with raisins and fresh cream.

We are an Adelaide Hills based family run business, living on acreage not far from Wistow. We specialize in Paella, and are passionate about producing delicious food at affordable prices. We like to use local produce and support local businesses, always using quality ingredients. We care deeply about the environment and the planet so use bio-degradable products where possible.
We cater for special occasions; Weddings, Birthdays, and Corporate Events/Functions.
Henrietta - “Originally from England I ended up marrying a New South Welshman and we arrived in South Australia looking for work in Aviation and the wine industry in 1997. I have always been involved in the food and wine business, since I can remember my Mum has cooked for love and survival, so we were exposed to beautify food at an early age. I spent my teenage years in the kitchen at our Pub in the English countryside that was renowned for its food. Late teens saw me living in France for 18 months where my love for food and wine blossomed. I arrived in Australia late 1994 and spent the next 6 years at various wineries as a cellar hand and cellar door roles, before getting married and raising our three beautiful children. Five years ago I started working for a catering company in Adelaide, where my sister had worked. She had set them up with paella parties and they assumed I knew how to cook paella! So I learnt on the run and have now perfected the art of paella cooking!”
