You don’t need the most leather gear or a long list of community achievements. What matters most is your passion for the success of our community and your willingness to work with the home club and producers to elevate the Sydney Leather Community.

Don’t be daunted by those who came before you or ambassadors from other states. The role of Sydney Mr. Leather is about being visible and promoting our local scene. There is no expectation for you to travel or run for international titles until you feel ready, if at all. What we need above all is your passion and willingness to see our community continue to succeed and grow.

You will be well supported and guided throughout your journey. So please, consider putting yourself forward to be our ambassador as Sydney Mr. Leather 2024.

Congratulations. I want to also congratulate all of my class of IML46 who represented thier communities and titles so well and I am honoured to have stood amongst them and call them my brothers. Such and amazing experience, now some time to reflect and relax before heading home and continuing the good work we have done at home in making Sydney a leather powerhouse.

SLM are pleased to share on behalf of Sydney Mr Leather 2023 - Coach Jura that he officially placed 4th in the 2024 competition. Making him one of the highest placed Australians at the international leather competition in a long time and so close to a podium. Well done Coach.

We are thrilled to announce the return of The Fe**sh Auction & Fundraiser for our Sydney 2023 Titleholders Coach Jura (Sydney Mr Leather) and Jon (Bootblack Sydney 2023).

Sunday the 6th August will be a fun afternoon raising money for these wonderful titleholders to represent at international titles in 2024 and raising money for their chosen charities and worthy organisations.

An event will be created shortly, but in the interim add this fantastic afternoon to your calendars.

Businesses and those wishing to donate goods for the auction and fundraising please reach out to either titleholder or Sydney Leather Men SLM.
