Saturday night fever... 💃🕺
Shaking of this winter weather by baking delicious and easy traditional bagels.

I boiled them in water for 1 minute before baking. The result is crisp with a chewy crust and a dense interior.
Sprinkled with seeds.
So good 🥯🥖🥨 so simple.
